112學年上學期 材料系大學部材料專題課程演講公告
題目：材料科學應用於鋁擠型產業; Materials science applied to aluminum extrusion industry

現職：台灣穗高科技 研發部-設計分析室 資深專員
學歷：國立成功大學材料工程與科 博士
摘要：The aluminum extrusion industry includes alloy design, melting technology of aluminum alloy, extrusion die design, selection of extrusion die steel, extrusion technology, profile heat treatment and post-machining, etc. Each stage is closely linked to each other. Especially in the application of high-value products, it is necessary to invest in research and development for each process step. Material science plays a very important role in this. This topic will give several examples of how to use the learned material science knowledge to achieve an aluminum extrusion product that meets the company's profits and satisfies customers.
