112學年上學期 材料系大學部材料專題課程演講公告
題目：我的孤味
主講人：簡朝和教授
現職：國立清華大學材料系榮譽教授/璟德電子工業股份有限公司創辦人
學歷：美國麻省理工學院(MIT) 陶瓷材料博士
摘要：Wireless communication systems demand materials and processes that can meet the requirements of shrinking circuit dimension, high level of passive integration, exceptional high frequency performance, excellent reliability, quick prototype turnaround times and low cost. Low-temperature cofired ceramics (LTCC) with high electrical conductivity metallization such as Cu and Ag has been identified to be an enabling solution for these challenges. In this presentation, design of materials and processes for fabrication of RF front-end devices, and the journey to start up a new LTCC business will be discussed.
