題  目:Development of 2D Material: from growth model building to applications (二維材料的發展:成長模型的建立到應用)

摘  要:

Since 2004, scientists successfully exfoliated out single layer of carbon film, so called graphene, by scotch tape, people started to turn their attentions to 2D materials from scientific reports to potential applications. At the early stage of research in graphene, the fabrication of graphene by scotch tape is troublesome due to the time-consuming process and low yields. As being a materials scientist, how did we make contributions to this ordeal?

Second part of this presentation is focusing on the next alternatives, inclusive of compound 2D materials, such as MoS2 and single element 2D materials, such as silicene, phosphorene and tellurene. Of interesting thing is the predicted value of mobility of single element 2D materials is approaching to or even over Si. However, the development of manufacturing approach is still limited to mechanical exfoliation, hampering the basic research and further applications. Hence, this project for the first time propose a reliable method of growing single element 2D materials by employing catalyzing metals, and exploring the diffusion behavior between the catalytic metal and Te vapor at the interface.

摘  要:

一般而言,吉利丁材料主要應用於民生領域,本研究則利用吉利丁材料製作電子元件,亦分別透過溶液式手法將金屬鋁、鐵、銀等硝酸鹽類與吉利丁混和,結合吉利丁材料既有的優勢,如:透明性、可全生物性分解、低溫製作時具高度彈性以及可自我癒合(self-healing)等現象,成功製作出全透明記憶體元件、全可生物性分解之綠能元件、可自我癒合元件以及高均勻性記憶體元件。
